Excellent work from a great company. They have already done 3 jobs for us so far and we are extremely happy with all the work. Sam and Miguel were professional and quick. They replaced the bottom of a cabinet under the kitchen sink, and the work was excellent. Also, I asked about fixing a patch of drywall (about 3 inches by 1.5 inches), and Sam fixed it on the spot after the cabinet repair. 10 out of 10 would hire again.

Workers arrived at scheduled time, pleasant, attentive to how I wanted bifold door to open, offered suggestions, quickly completed job, removed all packaging materials and drilling shavings. Did a very nice job. Access to the once cramped washer/drier, furnace, hot water tank room now is easy and space seems spacious. The door looks great and works well. Very professional job.

Sam was a lifesaver. He came as soon as I called. Saved me from flooding. Was very knowledgeable and most of all caring. From here on he is my go to person. I will call him for all my repairs. I highly recommend him to everybody. If you have a problem with anything just call Sam. Very honest and trustworthy.

I would definitely use this company again. They provided a quote over the phone, and the actual bill was as quoted. Samuel, the handyman, was great. He showed up on time and did quality work. His paint job was good, as he didn't drip paint on the floor or furniture.

Sam, from De-Costa Maintenance, was prompt on arrival and began working right away. He was through and professional at all times. He repaired and replaced our window in the garage and also repaired the hole which was above the repaired window. "He did an excellent job. He went beyond and above his job requirements... He noticed that a piece of lumber which held my back gate together was loose and proceeded to repair it... We did not ask; he just did it!!!!! People and/or workmen like that are a rare breed....De-Costa Maintenance is a superb company and we would truly hire them again.

Sam is very easy going to talk to, respectful, dependable, and professional. He was on time, kept to schedule, and the work was complete as agreed. We used his services to paint the basement, install a utility door and water heater. I plan to use his services in the near future to prep and paint exterior window frames and main door.
