A water heater, installed by Carl & Sons, stopped working. My water heater was still under warranty. Bryan told me parts are free and I have to pay for labor. He told me labor was $ 100 an hour. The man who came told me labor was $140 - 150 am hour. I was charged $280 on less than 1 hour work. Was also told they could have charged me up to $300 for the part if they wanted. I called two other plumbers afterward that said it they would have charged me $115, and $100 for the work. This is how you lose customers...

Just called with an emergency basement flooding. We have no heat, no hot water, and our main water line has to be shut off. I called them because our home warranty ordered it. The guy on the phone was EXTREMELY rude and short with me and refused to take the job because he had “commercial basements that were flooded and he JUST got done with a job” I explained we have NO heat, NO water and CHILDREN in the home and he wanted nothing to do with us. How’s that for people first customer service? I will NEVER use this company and will make sure everyone knows about his refusal to help in an emergency situation!

It was great. They got it done for me in an emergency. I was grateful they got me taken care of.

he ruined one set of gaskets and had to leave to get another, when finished, i found out that he used the wrong replacement and while the faucet does not leak, it turns in reverse and i must use a pliers most of the time to shut off the water

We picked this plumbing company exclusively for the fair price. No other plumbing service could beat the price. We had them completely replace all our pipes, from metal to copper. They perform the job very fast, less than 3 hours. However, these guys were NOT professional; I smelled cigarette smoke upstairs, and it ended up they were smoking in my basement. I later noticed ash on my dryer! They cleaned up somewhat after themselves, but left big, dirty, greasy handprints on the wall in my kitchen. After they left, my water pressure was fantastic, but i noticed a strong odor and taste in my kitchen water. I called the company, and they said they didn't know what the problem was. He suggested I take a water sample into Sears to get it tested for contaminants. It turned out, it was because they used too much flux in thier pipe fittings, and it was tainting my water. The odor and taste wore off in about 2 months.
