Bill Cosgrove's Windows

Bill Cosgrove is not returning calls for a damaged window he replaced which is still under warranty. I contacted the window manufacturer per his instructions only to be told i need to go through him for the replacement. He apparently has since picked up the replacement window that became damaged within the first year of installment but will not return my phone calls or text to set up an install date. As for the sliding glass door he installed, the company had to come out and replace part of that he damaged in installation and add a lock to the screen door he failed to install.

I needed to replace a casement window in my dining room, due to old age and decomposition of this particular window. Bill came out for an estimate and to take measurements of my window. I was very pleased with his thoroughness and the price he quoted, as it was well in line with what I expected. He did warn me that, due to several factors, namely the delivery time frame for my window and his jam-packed schedule, it would be some time before he could get to me. It was well worth the wait. He took pride in making sure that the window fit perfectly and in ensuring that the work area, both inside and out, was neat and clean afterwards. He showed me how to use the window and provided recommendations on its use. The overall charge for the work was exactly as quoted. In addition, he was kind enough to assist me free of charge with a problem I had with another window, showing me how to remove the screen and blinds so I could access the frame.
