He had a terrible attitude, and refused to answer any of my questions. He said, "I will not answer any more of your questions." He had a terrible disposition through the whole time. He wouldn't clean his shoes when he walked into my home due to it being rainy out. He was very short with me, and stormed out at the end of the second visit leaving me very frustrated, and my washer still not being fixed. Also, I want to add, that on the first day, that he was supposed to show up between 12:30-3:30, he showed up at 5:20.
