Unqualified company with poor customer service. They came out and told us damper motors were broke in early June. It took over a month for them to return with the parts to fix it. During that time they failed to return several phone calls or update us on the status of the parts. Once the parts were in and they returned, they could not properly install the motors and the unit still did not work correctly upon their departure.

The company that responded to my home warranty claim, Air Quality Heating & Air Conditioning LLC, has been to my home three times and the issue has yet to be resolved. They showed up in an unmarked vehicle and without professional attire by which I could identify them. (For all I knew it was a stalker driving slowly by my house repeatedly.) Each time, they say that the root cause of my issue is different, and that the issue has been resolved. However, my unit continues to freeze up, fail to put out cold air, and is dripping condensation all over my basement. They are terrible at diagnosing A/C issues, and to top it all off...just shoved my air filter in all crumpled up. This is the most unprofessional company I have dealt with! They do not adhere to the service window they give you and do the bare minimum, in terms of work. Luckily my premium is $100 regardless of how much needs done! We'll see if they get it right the fourth or fifth time...

I called my home warranty service and they gave me the number for Air Quality to come look at my ac. It was in the 90s and the AC was no longer cooling. The person scheduling was friendly and got me an appointment that fit my schedule quickly. On the day of service they called to let me know that they could come earlier, but I was not able so we kept our appointment. I then received a call letting me know an hour window and then again when they were on their way. When Ken, the tech arrived he was on time, friendly and professional. Ken went above and beyond to make sure I understood the system and what was wrong. Thankfully it was a quick fix and the unit is back to keeping us cool in the hot summer sun. Even though they were assigned by our warranty, I would recommend this company and would use them again. They were friendly and professional throughout the whole process.

after the service was over the man called me at 9pm, waking my three year old up. The service was completed at 3pm.Asking me what badge he saw in my wallet, can he mind his own business. After he could tell I was mad he said I'll be contacting the warranty service. As if I did something wrong. Next time I have a problem it's gonna make more sense (save more cents) that I go elsewhere. There was a lack of professionalism. i was shown more respect and professionalism by the local nationals when I was serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. I will not recommend this company to anybody.

"Air Quality Heating & Air Conditioning LLC Yes, our company responded to a home warranty claim (removed member name) had implemented that has a mandatory $75.00 deductible. Upon arrival at the home at 3:00 pm for an appointment that was set for 3:00 to 5:00 pm The customer stated that he had water coming from the furnace area that was getting his walls and carpeting wet. I noticed water running down the side of furnace as his AC was on but no water draining from his condensation drain line hose. I blew his drain line out and the water came flowing out After looking at his furnace, I explained it looked like there had been no maintenance on this furnace for an extreme amount of years but there was no interest in listening to the fact of normal maintenance could prevent this from happening again. I also offered the customer if he had any more problems of this to please just call and there would not be an additional charge to return. When outside completing my invoice and waiting for the office to run his credit card, he stood there with his wallet open with a badge more than noticeably facing my way for quite some time, so i naturally ask what law enforcement agency he might be with as he replied " I am a correctional officer" and that the last service man that had came out did not charge him any thing, I explained it is mandatory with warranty company's to collect the trade fee due but he was not happy with that fact. Due to our credit card service being down at the time i was at his home, I asked if he would mind calling in at a latter time to make payment and he replied yes. (removed member name) called at 9:00 pm to make payment and informed the young lady taking his payment that this was a rip off, having to pay and told her that he was going to spread the word around that if anyone needed any birthday balloons blown up to call Air Quality Heating at ridicules prices. After the call ended and the young lady had told me what was stated, I call (removed member name) back to see if there was a problem, He asked why i am calling at 9:00 pm and i replied " you just called here a moment ago", He replied that this is over and he was going to put in a derogatory review on Angies list and hung up on me."
