They did a fantastic job. The person that came out was very professional and answered all the questions appropriately. He was a great help and I definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

We called this company in response to an ad in the local paper, advertising duct cleaning for $59. After the individual arrived (on time), he looked around and began cleaning the duct work. After about an hour, he called us downstairs to discuss a 'problem' He said the furnace is 'extremely dirty' and that an HVAC technician 'wouldn't clean it correctly' He quoted over $2,000 to clean the furnace and ductwork. After we declined, he said it would be over $700 to clean and sanitize the ducts. We were confused by this as the ad said it would be $59. Apparently our duct system was unique and required extra work. Now we live in a typical ranch home, nothing fancy about it, and certainly no fancy ductwork. We again declined this 'extra' service and he went back out to his vehicle for a few minutes and offered 'I talked to the boss and he said we can do the whole duct system for only $300 today'. Since he had already started the process, we let him finish, at a cost of $300. This price was nowhere near the $59 that we were expecting, and we didn't learn of the inflated price until after the work had already started. I thought I was getting my ducts cleaned, not buying a used car.
After dealing with their aggressive bait-and-switch tactics, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I would advise even my worst enemy to stay far away from them.
