Both Dan and Mark from D & S Interiors were true professionals. Communication was very timely and Mark did a great job on the drywall repairs. Would definitely use them again.

Better than we imagined. Very courteous, responsive, thoughtful and professional. This was a whole house re-do and Dan and his delightful staff worked with us to minimize the disruption. We are delighted with the attention to detail and truly can't imagine that another provider would have provided comparable results. The crew showed up on time and were very pleasant to work with.

They were awful. The drywall dripped on the wall. When I called the owner, he said the work was done. I told him my two year could do a better job. He verbally insulted and cursing at me. The concept of the customer is right did not apply in this situation. He said I do not pay him. I told him we have a contract and he reluctantly said he will come out. Again he said he rushed through the previous job and he said he was unhappy with the way I responded to him and he will never do any work for me. How can owner give the customer a second job?. He said the person who did the first drywall was the worst and I thought it was not true. The work was terrible and he over charged me. His responsiveness was bad.

Three years ago they did some dry wall for me and it was good. I went down and looked at their work. I went through the room and meet some marks and some places where not leveled. I called them up. They sent someone who came back and did a fantastic job. The price was a little expensive but to this day I have not yet had any issue with their work. Their level of craftsmanship was good and I talked to the contractor and he gave me some tips. I highly recommend them.

I called about fixing the drywall and a huge crack in the ceiling of my mother-in-laws kitchen and family room. They responded right away and came out to give me an estimate. We decided to have it fixed and painted. They came a couple of weeks later and it was all finished in a couple of days. They worked neatly and quickly. The drywall looks really good and they used a good quality paint. Everything turned out great.
I had them do my family room a couple of years ago. They helped rip out a partial wall, put up all new drywall and ceiling. The put spanish lace on the ceiling and and painted it all. They did a wonderful job on the room. It had a lot of construction issues. They had that finished in about 3-4 days. It still looks wonderful. I need some other rooms painted and fixed and they will be the first ones I call.

The staff was prompt, professional and great to work with. I work out of my home and they were very aware of my business calls Great work. When we had a small plaster problem moths later, Dan was there within the day and had everything fixed. I can't imagine using anyone else.

D&S Interiors did some drywall work for us after a major flood in our home. They were not contacted by the restoration people until 5 days before the work needed to be completed. Some new drywall needed to be installed, mudded, sanded and painted before the flooring people could install new carpet, vinyl and laminate. The flooring people had an installation deadline due to a heavy schedule. D&S bent over backwards to accommodate us, so the flooring could be installed in a timely manner. Our only other option was to walk on cement and plywood another month until the flooring job could be completed..

We called D&S and Dan Miller came the next day to give us an estimate. It just so happened that they had a job scheduled for the next day and that client had wanted to reschedule it for the following week, so he offered the spot to us and we accepted. The painting team, consisting of two people, arrived on time and finished the job in one day. They cleaned everything up beautifully and we were very happy with the work they did. We would use them again.

I think D & S Interiors did a great job on both of the services but their customer service stinks There were some issues after the fact with regard to who could have done something. I kept going back and forth and they finally figure it out. Their work was great but I don't think that about their customer service.

I have talked to people that know [removed member name] well and they all reassured us that this is his demeanor and he treats most everyone with the same disrespect. D&S Interiors has seldom ever left a job where all my employees felt as abused and afraid to go back and finish their jobs. The reason [removed member name] felt that my customer service stinks is because I no longer would tolerate his abuse. There was a person who was very responsive but what we disliked is we done work with him in the past and he did a very satisfactory job and so we went to use him again and it was a whole different ball game. So we were very disappointed and we were upset because we had spent a lot of money with him and to treat us that way; that really took us by surprise. We would recommend him to others at this point. In terms of the overall experience the first time we would have rated him highly and the second time we would not rate him highly. We didn’t really question the price so, we seen his work so we are going to say it was average. In terms of professionalism we would say more on last merit.

I think they did a very good job. The owner frequently visits the job sites to make sure the workers are doing their work. He was interested in making sure that everything worked out to my satisfaction without spending too much money. We have a three story house in the back, he made sure his workers were safe without me spending extra money. He is good to his customers and staff. Compared to his competition, his quality is good.

They can do anything; they have a crew that can do carpentry and everything. They did a beautiful job on my porch. I always recommend them to everybody. I thought the price was very reasonable.
