Work was completed as expected. Chet was professional and courteous.

Chet did a great job and more importantly, he was able to come out quickly and get the job done.  (The toilet was unusable!)  He was prompt and also cleaned up the area completely when he was finished.  I would recommend him to anyone who needed a plumber.  We will be doing a bathroom remodel sometime in the next year hopefully, and we will definitely consider him for the job!

We moved into a new home. The previous owner had shut off the cold-water valve under the kitchen sink, because it was the only way to shut off the water line to the refrigerator, which the previous owner took with her. After installers hooked up our new refrigerator and turned the water back on, the valve began leaking.
Chet rebuilt the valve and spent extra time on the phone with our home warranty provider so that we could get reimbursed for the work.
At no extra charge, Chet also took time to show us the details of the home's water heater, including how to re-light the pilot light, should it go out, and how to raise the temperature a bit to give us hotter showers at the other end of the concrete slab.
We'll definitely use Chet for future plumbing needs.
