I called Woody's Garage on 7/23 to make an appointment to work on my work on my car. They told me they would have time to work on it on Thursday, so I dropped my car off the night before since they open at 8am. They didn't call me until 4:45 to let me know what was wrong with my car. After giving me the estimate, I told them to go ahead with the work. They said they would call me Friday to tell me how it's progressing. The mechanic said he had a little bit of work to do and that it would be ready Saturday morning. He said it would be ready by 9am which I was happy because I had to work that day. Well, Saturday morning came and went and no phone call. I called the garage and they are closed on Saturday, so there went another day without my car; When I got home at 5pm, they called and said my car was ready, so I went to pick it up.
I drove the car home and pulled it into my driveway whereas on Sunday morning, there was a wet spot. I didn't think anything about it since I used my AC and figured it was water. I drove to work on Monday and when I got home, pulled the car into the garage. Monday evening around 9pm, I needed to run an errand and pulled out of the garage. There was a giant puddle of liquid on my garage floor. Well, I got back into my car and drove the car back to Woody's and left it there with a note.
Well, you think that they would have called and apologized for the problem. I called at 9:30am to make sure they got my note and they man who answered the phone was very rude and said.....WE'LL TAKE CA OFRE IT and hung up. I then called them again around 2pm to see what was going on and again,,RUDE MAN TELLING ME, WE'LL GET TO IT. Well it was 4 pm when the mechanic who worked on my car called me to tell me it was ready. No apology for me having to be inconvenienced again because HE screwed up and didn't tighten the bolts which caused the transmission leakage. But no apology for the rudeness. No thank you for your business. NO NOTHING.
I have another car that needs to be worked on, but I would never take it back to these people because of their rudeness. They need some lessons in customer service. When you spend that kind of money, you think you would be treated better.

The service turned out really good. They seemed to be confident. They provide me an alternative and it's not like my way or the highway. They have been fast. They don't seem to order suggestions that I don't need. That's hard to find in a repair shop. They explain it to me like I am a nitwit. In terms of price, I don't think they tried to add services that I didn't need which is typical for women. I have a Camry which is a mid-sized car. I did sit around and wait but it wasn't unreasonable at all.

They were able to take me the same day. Everything was very smooth and it now works great. The receptionist / cashier was also very nice.

My engine light came on. I was able to get my car in right away. They called and gave my options and then replaced the faulty part. Service was friendly yet professional. I trust them completely. I used to use the dealer repair shop.

THE PEOPLE THAT WORK AT WOODY'S ARE ALWAYS VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. I TAKE MY CAR THERE PRETTY MUCH ALL OF THE TIME. I DID GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR A REPAIR, NOT TOO LONG AGO, AND WAS NOT NEARLY AS HAPPY WITH THE OTHER REPAIR SHOP.
