Service reps are very friendly. The waiting area has a TV and free coffee. There is also a free shuttle service if you live nearby. However, this location does not have a body shop. They outsource their body work through another shop.

We went in looking for a nice, cheap, low mileage used car. We got lucky and they had a trade that was our diamond in the rough. The salesman said they were not even going to put this car on their lot because it had a couple cigarette burns on the floor and one on the leather seat. For a 17 year old, believe me, we were more than willing to deal with it. They detailed the car and gave us a coupon to come back for an oil change. Great experience!!

We brought our vehicle in for service several times. Each time, the problem became much worse than expected and cost waaaay more than expected. For one problem, we got an estimate from another dealer who charged 50% less than Thomas Dodge. Every time we got the vehicle back, something started to act up that wasn't acting up before and the service guy said it was completely coincidental but would cost over $1,000. Just too much of a coincidence for me. Now, we have a problem that we had them fix previously, acting up again. But they insist it is a completely different problem, even though it's all the exact same symptoms. It just makes you wonder what's going on here??? The service guy is just a little too folksy, too. Is that to get your trust? Every time, the service guy said we may want to consider a new car. We always brought our cars back to dealers for maintenance and service, but we may change our mind after this.

We were not very happy with the outcome of this visit. We went there initially to have our oil changed, but we began to notice the engine making a pinging type sound. They looked over the engine and told us we needed all these various things in order to prevent future problems and we were taken aback when they told us the final price .500 dollars. We decided to finish up the oil change and get a second opinion instead. Later we were very glad we did this because as it turned out the pinging sound stopped when a slight adjustment to one of our wheels was done. We felt this company was just trying to make money on us and we won t go back here or recommend them to anyone.
