PARK AVENUE FLOORS INC

The installer was an employee of Park Avenue and not a subcontractor. He was very meticulous and took great care in aligning the tiles and leveling my floor-which was pretty uneven in some spots. He arrived promptly every day and seemed to work nonstop. He made a suggestion to change the color of grout to match the whole room-which we gratefully accepted. The price was on par with an estimate(for lesser grade material)from another dealer.

Went to store and selected carpet samples to take home. After we called in the carpet and pad we wanted, the rep came to verify measurements and give final estimate. Carpet arrival was estimated at 2 weeks. Carpet arrived in one week. Three installers arrived on the appointed day. They were not pool installers, they installer exclusively for Park Avenue. They were prompt and courteous and did a great install. They worked around the couch and recliner and moved all the furniture back when they were done. Door trimming wasn't on the work order, so they didn't have a saw to trim my doors. This was easily scheduled at a later date.

THEY KNOW FLOORING. THEY HAVE A WIDE SELECTION IN THEIR SHOWROOM AND THEY ALWAYS COME OUT AND MEASURE TWICE TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS RIGHT BEFORE THE MISTAKES EVEN HAPPEN. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN WHEN I NEED TO.
