We had a virus on the machine that would not let us do anything and so we took it in. The technician was able to remove it and restore it to the original configuration that I had to begin with. I didn’t have any problem. They did clear it out of there and I was very pleased with that. I thought that the price was fair. Their responsiveness was very good. They returned the computer to me before they had promised.
