Real Estate Service
We were very pleased with Nancy's efforts. She brought over all the realtors in their office so they could show it well. She advertised in several places. She arranged for pictures to be taken for advertising on realtor website. The pictures turned out great and showed our home off very well. We expected it to take a fairly long time with a slow real estate market in general and it being fall (we listed in mid-October) but our house sold within 6 weeks and within $10,000 of our asking price. We had a steady stream of lookers and 3 separate offers (2 low ball and one who would deal with us). The one who would come up closer to our price bought the house. Nancy always kept us up to date on what buyers were saying and treated us well throughout the whole process. She is a true professional.
