Very pleasant cleaning women. A bit pricey, so found a comparable service at a much lower price

They were very nice on the phone, informative, and prompt. But the cleaning unfortunately left much to be desired. We were excited because they explained that they would be following a list of a bunch of specific points to clean, and they sent 3 women to clean our home on a Monday afternoon. But when we came home it wasn't up to the standards they had stated. Everything was streaky, the floors weren't clean or shiny. The making of the beds was sloppy. Only one of the ceiling fans appeared to have been dusted. The electronics on the entertainment center weren't dusted. There was still lots of dog hair underneath chairs and table legs. The dirty dishes that had been in the sink were piled treacherously on a cutting board. The babys bouncer, pillows, rocker, etc were not put back where they belong, and instead were just set in the middle of the living room. The baseboards were still dusty. One of the bedroom floors still had spots and dust. The bathroom mirror was streaky. I wanted to like them because they were so nice! But we will Not be asking cottage care back.

Very good service. They respond quickly if anything is not up to standard. For the most part it has been a good experience and I will continue to use them. They are wonderful compared to my previous cleaners and do an excellent job. They are on time, polite, and respectful of your space.

Scheduling was very easy. Staff is friendly and professional. I also have 2 very curious dogs and everyone has treated my pets very well!

The ladies were on time, very efficient, and accommodating to my requests. I'm looking forward to using them again.

Cottagecare is responsive to dates and time. There is a significant turnover with personnel. Sometimes things are overlooked like the top of the refrigerator.

I've used Cottage care in the past off and on. I rarely have any issues and on the rare occasion something wasn't perfect- 1 call to the office and it was rectified immediately. This time I had a few special requests due to upcoming surgery and knowing I would be out of commision and unable to perform some tasks.. and they were beyond responsive. Cannot compliment them enough.

Overall a very good experinece,

I just used them one time, they were fine, but can't afford to do that. They came in and did a fine job, and they were done, there were 2 or 3 people working, I was pleased with their work. It was not heavy cleaning; it was light cleaning, like regular routine cleaning.

They clean the bathroom, floors, cabinets. made the beds and vacum and I liked the service they provided.

I was not home at the time they arrived but my son was there. He slept through the doorbell and the cleaning person was very patient in wating for him to wake up to answer the door. He informed me that they were extremely professional and went over everything with a fine tooth comb. I was impressed at how long the lady was there (almost 4 hours). The place looked great. They use bio-green cleaning products as well.

Very thorough cleaning, especially of bathrooms. Floors and countertops were done extremely well also. The dusting was ok--it looks like they just dry dusted, though I will say she did all the extras I'm lazy about (ceiling fans, tops of stuff on the walls, etc.). It's a franchise, which means their workers must pass background checks, and they are insured/bonded, etc. When I called for an estimate, I spoke with a central operator (not someone from NWI), but she was very helpful and provided a number of different estimates based on my budget (like they'd clean X number of rooms for X price). The next day I also received a follow-up call from the Griffith manager. I'm trying out a few different services, but Cottage Care is definitely on my list for potential regular service.
