I had an on-line coupon for this service which saved me money. I was disappointed that I had to walk through a snow drift to get to the door. I was also disappointed that I waited 2 hours when I had an 8:30 appointment and I was on time.

I WAS TOLD TO BRING MY VEHICLE IN ON THE 06TH OF SEPT 2013 AFTER LUNCH AND THEY WOULD GET ON IT RIGHT AWAY. I DROPPED OF THE VEHICLE THEY INFORMED ME WE WILL CALL YOU WHAT THEY HAVE FOUND BT THE END OF THE DAY. NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL. I CONTACT THEM MONDAY

I had shopped around at various dealers and found Christensen to provide excellent service at a fair price. After I received a quote from them for a 2012 Impala I checked the Kelly Blue Book and they were within $50. I also checked on the price for my 2003 Saturn VUE tradein and then were in the ball park. I would highly recommend them.

They have been really good to us. I could bring my car in basically whenever. They are reasonable. They explain everything. I don't feel like I'm being ripped off even though I don't understand everything.

I arrived at their service door right at 8am Saturday and the service writer took my vehicle information and moments later they took my car in to the service area. I did ask to get a ride back home but after waiting 30 or so minutes the service writer told me that my car would soon be completed so I decided to stay and wait for them to complete my service. I did find it rather odd that driver was available for me though. Their usually pretty good in providing that service. Nonetheless, I was pleasantly surprised with the comfortable waiting room. I took advantage of the free WIFI, coffee, donuts and part of a basketball game on their flat panel TV. Next thing you know my car was ready (approx. 1 1/2 hour wait). I've been to other oil change places and their new waiting room beats them hands down. I know I'll be visiting Christenson again for tire rotation and oil change but for every other oil service as the price is a bit high.

We have been satisfied with the vehicle. It was a good experience. I thought that the service was very good. I was impressed with the fact that the president of the company actually spoke to us before we left. He asked us how our experience went.

There are the best ones I have used so far. As long as I have this car, I will use this company. They were courteous and professional. They make recommendations for what might be needed for my car. It was Christenson that had looked at my history, and saw that there was a defect with my rotors and I didn't need to pay for it to be fixed.

Overall, the experience went well. The mechanics did an excellent job. The job actually took longer than what they quoted, but other than that everything went fine. I'm satisfied with their services.
