Great job.

Had a large River Birch elevated and trimmed. They were right on time and finished the job within an hour. Everything looks good, and they cleaned everything up. I would hire again.

Old tree . They brought a climber and crew and were amazing. There is a garage and shed and wires. They were very careful not to damage anything. Friendly and conciderate. I would hire them again anytime. Estimates were professional and very reasonable. All well explained and cleanup was excellent. They were later than expected but did call.

I was a little apprehensive as I never met with anyone prior to the job. They came out and provided an estimate. The estimate was the lowest of the three I received. I called to accept their bid. They called back and told me the date and time they would be out. Again, I was a little apprehensive as I did not meet with anyone or sign any documentation. However, the day came and they arrived right when they said they would and they did exactly what I wanted them to do. No damage done to my house and clean up was good. Overall, very satisfied with the services provided by Brian's Tree Service. I would definitely use them again.

Good until it was time to pay the bill. Wrote check for quote and was told it was another 100. Never had a written copy of quote.

They were awesome! The did everything in about an hour and half. They worked quickly with 6 guys. They left everything clean when they left. They were extremely reasonable for the price. The Ash tree removal was only $390. I have a neighbor who was charge over $800 for a similar job. I was very pleased.

Gave me a quote at end of last year and then the snows came and we were unable to get to all the trees and shrubs in the back. Waited until the snow melted and Brian honored his previous quote. Very pleasant and easy to work with in setting up date to have trees removed. Crew came and they were polite and efficient in doing their job . I have used Brian's Tree Service in the past and have found them to be very reasonable in their cost. I will use them again if needed.

They were timely, efficient, and they did not damage the yard.  I would definitely use them again.

It went great they got their smaller machine through the gate into my back yard and removed two stumps.

very .my tree fell down on labor day weekend.it was a tree split in half.i called 3 places to get estimates .i didnt  expect any one to come over because of the holiday. only brians tree service called me back..i called them the next work day because they were the only ones to call me.they said they came by on labor day.tgey gave me the price.i gave them and ok to the job.they said they will come the next day.later the same day they called me back and said they can do it the same day/they kept there promise.cut the tree down cleaned up very nice and even sent a second truck to remove the stump!
price was very reasonable for what they did.i will use them again if i need them again

Brian was quick to show up for the quote and scheduled the work to be done in 2 days.  He and the crew showed up promptly and completed the work in the estimated time-safely and professionally.  There were many obstacles to work around and they didn't even bump any of the surrounding landscaping.  They did a great job cleaning up too.

We had a very large pine tree close to the house we wanted removed.  I contacted several Tree Services for estimates and Brian's quoted me the best price.  The crew came out on time and started right to work.  One crew member climbed and the others cleaned-up as he removed branches.  Other crew members helped cut the larger sections in to pieces that could be fed into the chipper.  The entire job was completed quickly and efficiently.  Clean-up was excellent.  All in all a fine job for a reasonable price.

Brian showed up on Saturday morning to give us an estimate and his wife called Sunday evening to say he would be available to do the job on Monday or Tuesday.  In between we had several other companies give us an estimate but they reluctantly declined the job due to the difficulty of it.  Their estimates were $600-800 higher than Brian's price.  On Monday afternoon his crew came out to begin the cutting of trees.  This was a tricky job because Poplar trees are very tall and these had been dead for some time.  The climber safely climbed each tree while the other workers neatly piled the cuttings in a pile and put some cuttings out on the curb.  They returned on Tuesday with the stump grinder and finished cutting and grinding the stumps.  I was impressed that they cleaned the pile on the curb, leaving no mess.   We could not be more satisifed with the job from start to finish.  Brian's wife was very pleasant on the phone and always returned my phone calls promptly.  Brian was very easy to work with and very fair in his pricing.  His workers were polite, efficient and every one of his crew was hard working.  Not only did they safely remove the trees without damage, they also cut them in pieces and neatly stored them for us.   One of Brian's worker (Tony) took it upon himself to further clean the area with a blower leaving everything spotless.  This was a very professional job.  When my husband came home from work he was very impressed with the job.  The trees were gone, the stumps were grinded down deep and the pieces that remained were laid neatly in a pile.  The yard looked beautiful.  This company was recommended to me from my cousin in Munster as well as his neighbor who used Brian's Tree service and were very pleased with the work and price.  Also, a friend of mine in St. John previously used Brian's tree services last year, after a storm, and was very pleased with the work and the price.  I highly recommend this company and would use them again if needed in the future.

We plalyed phone tag for a couple of days, but finally got an estimate and settled on a date for the work to be done.

Their professionalism was lacking. They swarmed in and used foul language. We called them and asked them to do something else, and we never heard back from them. We will never use them again.

They did a really good job except they told me it was a linden tree and it is an elm tree. So I questioned their knowledge however they did a really good job. I was very pleased with the quality.
