Maybe if there was follow up with Jeremy and the areas I was concerned with were addressed and fixed it would have been different.
Jeremy is a nice guy and very engaging when he is quoting the job and at the beginning, the follow through is horrible and this was now a few years ago....I think I called for the last time in early 2012 and sent an email...no reply.
