Hi, My name is Brandi. I am the owner of SoftTouch Cleaners. We are a family owned business that has based the success of our company on taking exceptional care of our customers. We have built our entire customer base up until now from referrals received from existing loyal customers and word of mouth. When I first opened SoftTouch Cleaners i printed out small business flyers and business cards and gathered a customer base using this method. Our way of saying Thank You. First we offer all returning customer $20 off their 2nd service received. We also offer a great referral program. For every referral that you send to us that receives our services we give you 10% off every job you have done for the remainder of your time as our customer. Raising this 10% with each additional referral up to 5. Giving you 50% off every job you have done as long as you remain our customer. If you give us 10 referrals that receive service we will show you a big Thank You by giving you 2 FREE jobs or services of your choice and you still keep the 50% off from then on out. This approach has worked great for us and our customers because most every time a new customer gives us a chance to prove ourselves to them are so happy with the job they become a long term client and we build a strong relationship with them. That mixed with the wonderful service we offer and the strong moral that our customer always comes first, customers we serve are excited and happy to work at getting us more customers. They get wonderful discounts and we get more happy clients. We all stay happy this way. We have 5 specialized cleaners as of now. All of our employees get a background check and drug screen upon hiring. We also mandate that all employee's go through an extensive training process to ensure that they can give our customers the quality services that we guarantee. Once every 6 months or more if we feel its needed we have a mandatory frefresher course on customer service and job quality. We try to only employee the best, most trustworthy and dependable people. We like many others have not forgotten that it takes you to keep us successful. For this reason we treat you with the utmost respect and great service. We also guarantee to have competitive pricing.
