About us

Hi, My name is Brandi. I am the owner of SoftTouch Cleaners. We are a family owned business that has based the success of our company on taking exceptional care of our customers. We have built our entire customer base up until now from referrals received from existing loyal customers and word of mouth. When I first opened SoftTouch Cleaners i printed out small business flyers and business cards and gathered a customer base using this method. I am very proud to say we have been serving very happy customers for 2 years and 3 months now and we are growing bigger and more experienced every day. Funny true story- One of my long term customers talked me into posting on Angie's List and has promised me to be our very 1st review. This is how we have come to be here. As I stated, I am VERY devoted to keeping my customers satisfied and happy. I run my entire company by this rule. I realize that without happy customers I will not have a business at all. This belief and way of doing business has been very rewarding for my customers and for my success. One way we reward our loyal customers is by giving Extremely nice bonuses. Our way of saying Thank You. First we offer all returning customer $20 off their 2nd service received. We also offer a great referral program. For every referral that you send to us that receives our services we give you 10% off every job you have done for the remainder of your time as our customer. Raising this 10% with each additional referral up to 5. Giving you 50% off every job you have done as long as you remain our customer. If you give us 10 referrals that receive service we will show you a big Thank You by giving you 2 FREE jobs or services of your choice and you still keep the 50% off from then on out. This approach has worked great for us and our customers because most every time a new customer gives us a chance to prove ourselves to them are so happy with the job they become a long term client and we build a strong relationship with them. That mixed with the wonderful service we offer and the strong moral that our customer always comes first, customers we serve are excited and happy to work at getting us more customers. They get wonderful discounts and we get more happy clients. We all stay happy this way. We have 5 specialized cleaners as of now. All of our employees get a background check and drug screen upon hiring. We also mandate that all employee's go through an extensive training process to ensure that they can give our customers the quality services that we guarantee. Once every 6 months or more if we feel its needed we have a mandatory frefresher course on customer service and job quality. We try to only employee the best, most trustworthy and dependable people. We like many others have not forgotten that it takes you to keep us successful. For this reason we treat you with the utmost respect and great service. We also guarantee to have competitive pricing. There is a price match program we are trying out. More details on that will be given with your free quote. Please give us a chance to prove ourselves to you and the opportunity to EARN your business and keep it. If you are for any reason what so ever unsatisfied with the service you received it will be fixed at NO charge to you. That is my Personal Promise as the Owner of SoftTouch. Lastly we offer you the chance to keep the same cleaner every time if you wish, and if for any reason you decide to change, that is your choice and can be done at anytime. This mainly applies to returning customers. One time service seekers for jobs that does not require a regular visit, you will be sent any one of our cleaners that is available for the schedule. Rest assured though, they are all GREAT. I am very proud of my employee's for i have been given great reports on them by my existing clients and hope to see them keep up the good work.

Most all cleaning services, such as but not limited at all to: Housekeeping (light and heavy), Blind Cleaning, Dry-Cleaning, Dryer vent Cleaning, Upholstery cleaning, Polishing and shining, cleaning of granite, marble, Stainless steel and other materials. Window Cleaning, Almost any cleaning job you could request indoors and out. We do yard cleanup,Etc.. If you need a special indoor or outdoor job done, just call me personally and I will try to meet your needs. Residential and Commercial Jobs!

Services we don't offer

We limit our services to cleaning services only. Things other than cleaning services can only be done by our cleaners if you have scheduled for what we call All Day Service. With this we can help with any of your work needs 5 and 1/2 hours. Regardless of what you have your cleaner help you with, the All Day Service will cost the same. If this All day service is not scheduled we must stick to whatever the prior agreement we made before arrival was to be. We must do this because of scheduling.
