They did a good job installing everything, had good communications.  I waited a couple years before submitting a review, to see if any issues cropped up post-installation.  I can say now that the new system (York) continues to work flawlessly.  The only issues I had were relatively small.  The new vent installation went okay, but they must have forgot to clean up afterwards, so I dealt with the drywall and pieces.  The pipe that they installed for venting outside is okay, but the insulation putty that seals it might not be the best to use in that application, because the pipe moves one way in winter, and another in summer.  So, the putty doesn't stay put, and the seal is not good.  So, some kind of foam rubber or something that allows the contraction and expansion would have been better.  We opted for the electronic air cleaner, but, in retrospect, it may have been better to just go with a normal filter, since we had to rig a normal filter up along with the electronic filter, to catch the bulk of the dust.

They found out what part messed up, and they could not get the part until Monday. That was not their fault though. The guy's wife is a receptionist, and she is great. I think it is a family business. They were not the cheapest, but I felt they had the best system. They were always on time.
