We were selling our house and the old septic system did not pass inspection. There were problems that we did not know about. We were in a big time crunch. T&D had to install a whole new system.
We had moved out of state and could not look at things in person. Another company that we called first failed to do anything after the initial visit.
We called T&D and explained that we needed to have our system looked at and evaluated to get it repaired or replaced for the home sale. Tom (of T&D) was informed and professional. He was at the house the next day to check things out. He was quick to get things done, working with the county health department to get the required system and to get permits. He also worked with our realtor to get access and let her know what was needed per code.
T&D worked hard to get things done correctly and as fast as possible. We were informed at every step of the process. We were put at ease working with Tom because he displayed great professionalism and customer service. It was not cheap, as it turns out we had to get a whole new system installed. T&D got the system done in our deadline for the house sale.
