Dave's Appliance Service

Dave is a really nice guy. I met him at my mother's house. She is 91 years old. That said, I would have no reservations at all in allowing Dave to be unsupervised in the home of an elderly person. He's a skilled technician and a honest guy.

I couldn't be happier. I chose him bc I like to support small businesses and bc so many locals said they'd used him for years and had a lot of good things to say about him. I'd use him again and would recommend him to others without hesitation.

Went well. He diagnosed the problem w/in about 2 minutes and was done in 20 minutes. Dryer works fine.

He arrived when he said he would, and ran the machine a few times to see exactly where it was leaking. He determined it was only leaking on large loads at this point, but with additional wear on the bad parts, it would get worse. Small loads would be okay to run for now with little or no leakage. He called back the next day after checking parts prices. We decided not to repair it at this point, since the machine is at least 20 years old. He made some recommendations on replacement brands for reliability and suggested what to look for in a new machine. He seems knowledgable and pleasant to deal with.

He did an outstanding job. He showed up on time and did the necessary repair in a timely manner. He was courteous, professional, and I trust him completely. He was very cost efficient and he didn't recommend anything that I didn't need.

Fantastic and now I have clean clothes!

Everything was great, he was really good. It turned out that a guy I worked with actually had been using him for years. I will definitly use him again. The work was fair and quick.

We have used Dave at least 6 times in the past several years to repair various appliances. He is very responsive and returns calls promptly. He gets as much info on the phone prior to arriving so he can bring with him the parts which might need replacing. . . just in case he needs it so he won't have to make a return visit if possible. (Wow. . . an appliance repair professional who tries to save you money by reducing the number of trips to your home!) He has been able to repair all makes and models of our appliances. . . our stove, trash masher, freezer, and refrigerator. He is courteous, knowledgable, and efficient. Very professional. I give Dave an A++++++++++. I often say this about my older appliances but I will also include Dave in on this statement: They don't make them like this any more!

He took a tester to find problem with the condenser and found it to be a relay switch and capacitor. He had them on the truck, replaced them and put the back on the refrigerator, slid it back in and was finished.

I would definitely use him in the future.

Called them on a Friday afternoon to fix my dryer. I left a message on their answering machine and missed their call when they called back that same evening. I called them back on Monday and he scheduled a time to come out later that week, asking if I needed him sooner than that. He gave me a 3 hour window in which he would be at my home, and arrived within the first 30 minutes of that timeframe..nice!! He was very professional, courteous, and had my dryer fixed in 15 minutes. He even explained to me what exactly the problem was and how he fixed it! He also said that his answering machine is always on, so call anytime. I have his magnet with his info on my dryer now so I always have his name/ number available should I have any more issues with my washer or dryer. Highly recommended!

Very satisfied with the service. Cost was very reasonable and Dave was professional, clean and friendly.

THEY ARE VERY REASONABLY PRICED AND I THOUGHT THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE ABLE TO DIAGNOSE AND FIX THE PROBLEM WITH THE WASHING MACHINE QUICKLY. THEIR SERVICE WAS REALLY GOOD.
