Nancy advertises a 22 step cleaning process. When I asked her about the process, she avoided explaining the process. Although she never explained her process, I still hired her. She came out to clean my home with one another person. While they were cleaning, Nancy entered my office where I told her not to go. I asked her to leave the room, and she hesitated. I also encountered unprofessional behavior when the other girl begged for prescription muscle relaxers that she had discovered while cleaning, and Nancy asked me for pain medication. They only worked four hours before having to leave. Since my house was not cleaned per our agreement (two 8-hour days), I only paid for half of the service. Upon inspection, I noticed the work was very sloppy. For example, the walls had been cleaned with a mop but near the ceiling was a line of dirt and the trim was never cleaned. I also noticed my belongings had been riffled through and items were missing including the bottle of prescription muscle relaxers. I will not schedule another appointment. I do not want them in my home.
Description of Work: I hired Heavenly Housecleaning to clean my home, specifically the walls and windows.
