Czoer Construction & Remodeling

We had 19 windows to be replaced in our home. Jim started on a Wednesday morning by himself (the rest of his crew was on another job) and by Wednesday afternoon had all of the windows in. He was very careful in removing the molding pieces around our windows as well as cleaning up any messes along the way. We have 2 small children so this was most helpful. He returned Thursday morning to begin wrapping the windows and installing the doors. He was able to get a majority of the work done but did have to return on Friday to finish. Once he had the work done we had hired him for, he let us know that he had additional aluminum left and was going to wrap some of our other doors for us before he left. We definitely did not expect him to do that but thankful he did. Also, while replacing the utility door in our garage, he noticed that the threshold of the door would not fit flush as there was a gap between our driveway and the door frame. He mixed up some concrete and made sure that it was fixed correctly even though it was probably more work than originally planned. His work is outstanding and he kept our house as clean as possible (given the projects at hand). We did not have to worry about if he would show up or when he would, as he was here when he said he would and completed everything we needed. We have a lot more updating to do on our home and plan to use him for most of that work.
