Paul provided free estimates after doing on-site inspections. He answered all our questions thoroughly, making sure we understood his recommendations. He arrived on time and apprised us of his progress throughout the process (tearing out and replacing the duct work required almost three full days!). He hauled away all the debris and completely cleaned up the work area. He made suggestions for maintenance of our systems and said he keeps a record of services he provides so he can send us reminders for annual services. We can highly recommend PK Heating & Cooling!
