The journeyman sent was knowledgeable and polite and preformed the task with quickly. He had all the tools needed and explained to me parts of the plumbing the drain and pipe interacted width. He also answered questions about the rest of my plumbing to my satisfaction.

Our water line from the street to our house froze up.   Rob and Brenden showed up as promised and got the water flowing again!    Both guys were professional and polite.   We will definitely use Salyer again.    Would recommend Salyer to family, friends and neighbors.

We had an issue with our water treatment equipment and were told to call a plumber to check for blockages in our pipes.  We couldn't use our water and needed someone to come out quickly.  He came out within hours of our phone call.  He was professional and polite and got the job done.  The lady that scheduled our call was also wonderful to work with.

Called and talked to Lisa who was very friendly at 9:40 a.m. She said she would call back and let me know when she could send someone out. At 10:10 a.m. she called and said she has someone that is leaving from Hammond and he was on his way if that was okay. I told her that would be wonderful. Kevin came out and assessed the problem and said he will definately have the drain cleared out and running. He rodded the sink to the basement. He had the drain running better than ever. He also cleaned up his mess, you couldn't even tell he was here. I set up an appointment tomorrow for my mom. I would definately use again and recommend. Prices were good too and lower than Roto-Rooter .

HE DID ALL THE DIRTY WORK AND CLEANED UP. FOR THE LEAKY SINK, HE DIDN'T HAVE THE PART, BUT WENT TO A CONTRACTOR AND BOUGHT ONE AND BROUGHT IT BACK TO INSTALL.

He came in to give us an estimate, but said it was a quick enough fix that he could just do it right then. He was very knowledgable and explained what he needed to do and gave various possible reasons why it occurred in the first place. He even explained further to my babysitter as I had to get to work and needed her to report to me what I missed. I was happy with the speed and professionalism he exhibited.

Overall it went well.  I want to add that the customer service was excellent.  Kathy, at the Salyer office, was very good at keeping me informed.  I never had a frozen pipe situation before and it was a welcome relief to be able to speak to someone at 7:30 in the morning rather than leaving a message on an answering machine.  She was able to give me some tips about frozen pipes and assured me that someone would be by to take care of the problem.
