Pretty good.

Service was excellent. My visits to the store, the ordering and the installation all went smoothly. Everyone was pleasant to work with. Installers arrived on time - crucial to me because I was taking a morning off from work. It was the best carpet installation I've ever had done. I will definitely use them again for a new kitchen tile floor.

I went to the store a couple of times and discussed what I thought I wanted, my likes and dislikes. They had me take samples home. A few days later one of the owners came and measured. He took the samples back. I went back to the store a day or so later to look at other samples. Found one that was perfect. (They're awfully patient with you.)
We scheduled for the 20th. The two young men who came were very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job.
It was so great to have someone in your house that you feel you can absolutely trust. I know they have a great reputation, and I understand why.

Very nice job, very professional, fast, considering it was an all-day job for 3 rooms, hallway and stairs. They moved all large furniture, although we had removed small items and emptied cabinets and bookshelves from the rooms prior to their arrival. They even knew how to unhook the computer and made sure it was in working order after hooking it back up. They were careful when moving furniture and didn't mark up woodwork or walls, which had just been painted.

The installers came on time and moved the furniture and installed the carpet nicely. Cleaned up when they were done and were very considerate of the house and furniture.

ALTHOUGH I ONLY HAD THEM DO A TINY ROOM, I WILL BE GETTING THEM BACK TO DO MOST OF THE LIVING AREA. THEY WERE WONDERFUL, AND THE INSTALLER WAS A TOTAL PROFESSIONAL.

THEY HAVE A WIDE RANGE OF COLORS AND TYPES OF CARPET TO CHOOSE FROM. THE ESTIMATE WAS VERY CLOSE TO THE PRICE. THEY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL OF ALL THE ANTIQUE ITEMS WE HAVE.

WE WERE SURPRISED BY THE WIDE CHOICE OF COLORS AND TYPES OF CARPET WE COULD CHOOSE FROM. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY. THE CREW WAS PLEASANT TO HAVE AROUND.

THEY ARE IN LINE WITH THEIR PRICE. THEY HAD LARGE SELECTION OF TYPES OF FLOORING TO CHOOSE FROM. THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. WE WERE QUITE PLEASED WITH THEM.
