Better than anticipated. Joe and John were very professional, courteous and went the extra mile for us. We have used Area in the past and will continue to use their service in the future.

I was pretty disappointed with me service. When I called about my clogged sink they said they could send someone out that afternoon- great! So I took off time from work to meet them at my home. However, after a couple of attempts, the 2 gentlemen told me they were not equipped to fix the problem- so they had to send someone else out the next day. I took time off from work and had to do it AGAIN the next day. This would've been less frustrating had they not come out the next day to do the exact same work- that ended up fixing the problem. I wish they had been prepared the first time instead of taking time off of work 2 days in a row to do the same work- just with different people. Additionally, they did not clean up well and had to use my tray to catch water since they only had a big bucket that couldn't fit under my sink. All in all- they fixed the problem, so I'm happy about that- but the process, cleanup and professionalism was seriously lacking. Unfortunately, I wouldn't hire them again.

They were good, prompt, informative, and I like the way they handled business.

The work took a couple hours and he offered to come back to hook up the stove when it arrives

Our buffalo box starting leaking water. I called and they quickly came out to provide an estimate. I signed the contract in the morning and by the end of the day they had fixed it. I didn't have any problems.

They figured out the problem quickly and located the exact spot where the blockage of tree roots were, because of that they only had to make a small hole in the front yard. They also were considerate of my flowers and walls in the house as they brought equipment in.

I have used their services quite a few times. They are really nice. There was an incident 8 years ago with one of the service men, I think he was new. He was installing a new hot water tank, and he dropped it. He did install a different one. They did send someone else out to reevaluate the work. That was the only problem I have had. Their rates are reasonable. They are usually here the same day I call. I will use their services again.

They arrived on time and immediately started assessing the situation. They asked about any history of trouble with the plumbing, surveyed the layout of the water lines, and offered informed opinions on how to resolve the issue. They were very careful about not damaging a nearby chest freezer, which had to be moved for access to the water meter. They suggested several options to resolve the problem, including checking with other companies to make sure we got the best price and service. It eventually determined that the inflow line was frozen. The fella they called in got down in the crawlspace to attach one end of the heating element while one of the others attached the other end inside. Within 5 minutes, we had our water back on! They were respectful, knowledgeable, and honest through the entire process.

WE HAD CHOSE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WERE ABLE TO GIVE US SERVICE ON WEEKENDS AND NOT CHARGE "AN ARM OR A LEG". MY HUSBAND IS IN THE ARMED FORCES AND THE FAMILY AT HOME HAS TO BE ABLE TO RELY ON THEM WHILE HE IS GONE.

THERE WERE TWO MEN IN THE CREW ONE WAS EXCELLENT THE OTHER ONE HAD TO HAVE A CIGARETTE EVERY HALF HOUR, SO HE DIDN'T GET TO MUCH DONE. WE REALLY LIKE THE COMPANY JUST NOT SOME OF THE PEOPLE HE HIRES.

THEY WORKED EFFICIENTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. THEY DIDN'T WASTE ANY TIME IN GETTING THE DRAIN UNCLOGGED. I WAS HAPPY THAT THEY CAME OUT IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME AFTER I CALLED THEM.
