He was quick, efficient and professional.

Mr. Huber did an outstanding job.  He came to the house at the time he said he would be there. He went to the utility room and ran the machine.  He determined that a motor control computer board failed preventing the spin cycle from operating.  He called to check part availability and gave me a price for replacing it.  Due to the amount, I said that I would have to consider whether to buy a new machine or have him replace the part.  He said that the price of the call would be included in the price he quoted me if I decided to have him accomplish the repair at a later date.  He took time to answer my questions and was very professional in all of his actions during this repair visit.  He left the work area just as he found it.

Mr. Huber's repair visit went in an outstanding manner. He introduced himself and went to the utility room to assess the problem with my dryer.  After he determined that a Thermistor unit failed, he checked on the part availability and promptly replaced it.  He was very professional and patiently explained the problem and answered my questions.  After he was finished, he cleaned up the area and everything looked like it did before he came.

Would not call anyone else because he knows what he is doing and I have tru st in him .

Gary was very professional and polite.  I do feel he should have done a little more troubleshooting to determine what the problem was.  I was pretty shocked at the $80 charge when he was probably only in my house for about 20 minutes and was unable to fix the problem.

He is very prompt and courteous. If he needs to get a part and come back, he is very prompt about that as well.

We have had him come out before, and he has always done a great job.

I've used him for 20 years to fix my appliances. He is an excellent guy and a good professional. He has always done a good job with fair rates. He has done everything from previous refrigerators to washer and dryers. I obviously would use him again.
