Landscaping
Breck's site increased an order amount after submitting payment information. I immediately called them and requested cancellation and told them reason why. They canceled the order but amount was still charged to my card. After 5 days, no credit has been applied to my card. I called again to find the status - after being on hold for a very long time, customer service was difficult to understand (they are in India) and said credit has been issued. I do not like my personal information going outside our country and customer service from different countries is absolutely unacceptable to me. I did not give permission for my personal information to go outside the US. Customer service said credit was issued and to 'check with my bank'. I had my bank info when I spoke to them and the credit amount was not there. Do NOT use Brecks.com unless you want to lose money and have terrible customer service!
