TIM'S LANDSCAPE SERVICES INC

It took months longer then originally estimated. When work was finally done, I paid them. Then 2 months later they sent me a bill for over 18,000. Worth of work they claim was not I my original contract.

No quality customer care in handling potential clients. We do not recommend them based on our recent experience.

They returned my call promptly to schedule the appointment, but never delivered an estimate and did not return numerous phone calls or emails. The scope of the work was not small and I depending upon how they delivered I would have considered them for a complete redesign of the backyard. However, now since they never responded and wasted my time doing the appointment I will not even consider using their services moving forward. This was very dissapointing as I had to leave work early to make the appointment. Needless to say I am not recommending their services.

Nothing was done.

We had Tim's come out and talk with us about some landscaping work that was needed.  After waiting 3 weeks to receive an estimate we instead get a letter stating they will not be able to provide us services due to a full workload.  I guess we just weren't worth the business.  I just don't understand why you would send someone out to take 1 hour of my time to write up an order for the purposes of creating an estimate, if you won't even give me an estimate.  What a joke.

We called Tim's for an estimate to redo our front yard. They came out fairly promptly and promised an estimate in 2-3 weeks because they were backed up. We called them after a month when we didn't hear anything. He promised to have an estimate within the week. It has been another 2 weeks and still have not heard from them. We would have understood if they just did not want the business but we held off working on the yard ourselves waiting for them.

They do great work. I have had them do plantings in the past as well. They always take the time to follow-up and make sure I am satisfied with the job they did. They are usually on time, calling if there is a problem. They answer all my questions and take the time to explain if they see a problem.
