What a horrible experience this was. Mr. Ballard was foul mouth, rude and very unprofessional. A 3 week job wasn't finished after 3 months. He pulled off the job and then refused to finish the work until paid in full. I had subcontractors threatening property damage and mechanics lien for non-payment. Mr. Ballard constantly pleaded for progress payments even though the contract said deposit and then payment upon completion. He used substandard grade materials which the contractor I hired to finish the job just tossed in the trash pile. Workmen were unskilled and some of the work had to be redone multiple times. I had property and landscape damage from his work crews. He refused to take payment made out to the company name which was on the contract. As the final insult, he took my extension ladder when he packed up his things. The best day of this project was when he finally left.

Excellent work by a dedicated crew and boss. They worked through rain to finish the job on time. I will be keeping the company in mind for other work.
