it went absolutely horrendous, I cannot believe they are still allowed to do business! They gave me a short list of things I needed to do, after I accomplished it there was one thing after another and it was taking way too long and then all of the sudden it took so long that I lost the house, I am now homeless and so far out of pocket for the things I was "advised" to do that I do not know what I am going to do next, this all took place last summer starting in May of 2016, I am writing this in March of 2017. HORRIBLE, so horrible this has cost me about $6000 all together that I will never get back and so much mental stress, I am having the worst time of my life!! I wish I never trusted this company with my financials, my credit and my place to call "home" that I lost... I tried to talk to the owner but he was so combative and was insulting me but claimed to be a "good christian company" DO NOT USE THEM AND DO NOT REFER THEM TO ANYONE, PLEASE GET THE WORD OUT ABOUT HOW AWFUL THEY ARE!!! MY CREDIT IS RUINED AND I WASTED SO MUCH MONEY ON SOMETHING THAT WAS PROMISED WOULD GO THROUGH WITHOUT AN ISSUE!

GOT A VERY GOOD RATE IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. HE REALLY KNEW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

THIS WAS FOR OUR VERY FIRST HOME. MIKE WAS VERY PATIENT WITH OUR MANY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS. WE REALLY FELT LIKE WE COULD TRUST THEM AND APPRECIATED THE WAY THEY TREATED US WITH RESPECT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIKE AND WINTERWOOD!

LACK OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THEMSELVES AND THEIR TITLE COMPANY, BRENTWOOD TITLE COMPANY. WE HAD TO DO THE LOAN ALL OVER. THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION WAS BY EVERYONE INVOLVED. THEY PUT US WITH A VERY INEXPERIENCED PERSON FOR OUR CLOSING. WE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM. OUR MORTGAGE IS IN A TRUST AND THEY ACTED AS IF THEY HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH THAT BEFORE, BUT THEY HAVE. SOME PEOPLE KNEW ABOUT THE TRUST AND OTHERS DID NOT. IT WAS LIKE THEY WERE NOT TALKING WITH EACH OTHER. WE HAD TO DO A LOT MORE LEG WORK THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO DO. OUR REPRESENTATIVE DID NOT FOLLOW UP ON ANY OF PROCESS. WE HAD TO ASK FOR EVERYTHING. IT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SINCE WE WERE ALWAYS CALLING HIM. IN THE END BOTH PRESIDENTS OF WINTERWOOD AND BRENTWOOD HAD TO STEP IN AND HANDLE THE PROCESS.

TERESA PROCESSED OUR MORTGAGE AND DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB -- VERY CUSTOMER-FOCUSED AND EFFICIENT. WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

THEY APPROVED ME IN A WEEK, AND EVERYTHINGS HASBEEN SMOOTH SINCE...MAJOR KUDUS TO THEM.
