I was very pleased with the service provided. Mark, with whom I conversed on the phone and scheduled my appointment for the following day, and James and Nick, the team that visited my house and completed the task, all communicated well and were pleasant and professional. The carcass was in a location that was inaccessible without either breaking a basement window or prying deck planks: James and Nick evaluated the options carefully and discussed them with me; they used the latter method, worked efficiently, and did a very good job of replacing the planks that they had removed and cleaning up when they were finished. They also discussed with me how I might prevent the problem from recurring.

We called Mark in the morning and left him a voicemail. He promptly called back and had someone to our house before noon. The individual was professional and courteous. His inspection seemed thorough and he explained what he believed the issue to be. I am still waiting on an estimate for the remaining needs and will see how things go with the raccoons not returning; but we were very impressed by their quick response and professionalism so far.

It went very well. I called Mark who scheduled a visit within 48h. Cody came over and inspected the attic and the roof. He's courteous and very professional. He found the presence of squirrel/s and birds. He suggested potential sollutions. A few days later a squirrel got trapped and the potential entry points repaired. No more intruders and the attic is quiet again. Great job.

We had discovered bats in our attic (saw a few droppings and actually saw one bat hanging). The owner, Bruce, came over to check out our attic. There is a portion of the attic that was almost inaccessible. He brought one of his employees over who was able to crawl back into the inaccessible portion of the attic and that is where they discovered the extensive damage (droppings from the bats). He took photos and then Bruce took care of everything with the insurance company.
Taking out the entire attic's insulation, cleaning up, repairing the holes and replacing the insulation was a big job. They did it in a timely and efficient manner. They were always on time.
My friends kept saying how stressful the situation must be, but Bruce and his team made it stress free! The only thing I had to do was take things out of the closet where we were adding the access door. Wildlife Rescue and Control did everything else. I felt very comfortable with the employees who were in my home for several days. They were very hard workers and they did a wonderful job. I wouldn't call anyone else for this type of work. I HIGHLY recommend Wildlife Rescue and Control.

It was wonderful.  One of the workers put his foot through the ceiling of my utility room, by accident, but they fixed it right away.  Their price is regulated.

Someone came and confirmed that we had a raccoon living under our house. They left a trap, but because it was the weekend, they didn't actually set the trap. Said someone would come back on Monday and set it. We left for a trip, and when we returned the following week, the trap was gone. Called to ask what happened, and they came back and left a trap baited, but left it wired open for the next week. This went on for the next month--if the trap was baited, it was usually wired open; if it was set, there was no bait. During this time I did get an estimate from them for remediation of raccoon damage in the crawl space. Finally we set and baited the trap ourselves and caught the raccoon within two hours. Called them, and they did come and pick up the mother raccoon the next day. But by this time there were babies. They told me I had to listen for the babies to cry so they could find them, but three days I called someone else to get another estimate for remediation of the damage caused by the raccoon, and he found the babies within about four feet of the crawl space opening.

"This unfortunate situation was a direct result of poor communication between both parties involved. Wildlife Rescue & Control, Inc. is concerned that this customer's experience ended on a negative note and looks forward to the opportunity to provide the exemplary service that this company strives for on each and every job."

He was extremely nice. He went all through the attic looking for any animals. He was here for about an hour. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to find anything. He told me if we continue to hear noises to let them know and they will come back and set up some traps. We got his name from our insurance company.

I am not having any luck getting him to call me back. I wanted him to come out and do something else to try to get rid of these squirrels. We have been working on it for a month. They are causing allergic reactions. When they came out, they only re-baited the traps. I called Saturday and told him to come out, called him (Monday) this morning, still haven't came out, waiting on his call. He was going to call me as soon as he knew which route he was going to take. They have done work before and been very satisfactory, but not this time.

UPON REVIEWING THE CUSTOMER FILE, IT WOULD APPEAR THAT INCLIMATE WEATHER PLAYED A LARGE PART IN THE ABILITY OF THE WILDLIFE RESCUE FIELD TECHNICIAN TO MAKE A TIMELY SERVICE CALL AND WE REGRET ANY DELAY IN OUR COMMUNICATION OF THE DANGEROUS WEATHER CONDITIONS TO OUR CUSTOMER. PLEASE FEEL CONFIDENT THAT WILDLIFE RESCUE & CONTROL, INC. IS TAKING STEPS TO ENSURE THAT ALL CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION IS MADE IN A TIMELY FASHION. THANK YOU."

This was the worst time of the year to do this. They are a bit lax on being responsive. They take their time getting back to you. This was a day and a quarter job. Once they were out, things started to move quickly. I really can't complain about them. We'll know next year if the treatment was successful. I have no basis for comparison with their price.

Traps were set in hole, then squirrel was discovered in the trap. Attic space was then eval'd for damage from squirrel and if environmental rehab was needed. None was. We tried to arrange for hole to be fixed. A couple calls were made, I was told by one guy who answered the phone that someone would call me back and arrange to fix it. No one ever called me back. 10 days later, 2 guys randomly showed up, start fixing the hole without telling me and then leave without telling me. Then about a week after we got a bill higher than quoted to my husband. We never received a written quote. The bill also charged us for extended 3 yr warranty of which we had no knowledge of and stated that the repair was for raccoon removal rather than squirrel. Then when my husband called to ask about the bill, never saying that he didn't intend to pay, Randy threatened to come rip the hole open and send the bill to collections. This Co. is totally unprofessional. Don't use them.

MICE WENT AWAY, BUT THEY DIDN'T EVEN MAKE A REAL EFFORT TO GET RID OF THE CHIPMUNK. IT IS DIGGING HOLES UNDER THE HOUSE AND THERE ARE SEVERAL ENTRY POINTS FOR THEIR TUNNELS THAT ARE EASY TO FIND, BUT THEY JUST PUT MORE MOUSE TRAPS NEAR THEM. THE CHIPMUNK IS MUCH BIGGER THAN A MOUSE!

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND CHARGED ME $700 LESS THAN ORIGINALLY QUOTED BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T NEED TO REPLACE AS MUCH INSULATION AS THEY THOUGHT. VERY HONEST! THEY SAID THAT THEY'RE GOING TO COME BACK IN ONE MONTH TO CONFIRM THAT EVERYTHING IS STILL OK.

THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO PUT A TRAP IN THE ATTIC, UNLESS I WENT UP TO CHECK IT EACH DAY (NO WAY WAS I DOING THAT). INSTEAD, THEY PUT A TRAP ON THE ROOF WHICH IS STILL SITTING THERE AFTER A COUPLE OF MONTHS - NO FOLLOW UP FROM THEM.

THEY SET TRAPS ON THE GROUND OUTSIDE. IT WOULD HAVE MADE MORE SENSE TO PUT THEM ON THE ROOF. COME TO FIND OUT THE PROBLEM WAS RACCOONS. I WAS GIVEN AN ESTIMATE OF 5600 AND WAS TOLD ALL OF THESE SPECIAL PRE CAUTIONS WERE TO BE TAKEN TO GET RID OF THEM. I FOUND ANOTHER COMPANY THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND THEIR COST WAS QUOTED AT $250.

THEY CAME OUT AND INSPECTED OUR HOME FOR A COLONY AND HOW THE BAT ENTERED. THEY FOUND THE DEAD BAT AND REMOVED IT. THEY ALSO EDUCATED US ON WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO PREVENT FUTURE ENTRY. WE DECIDED TO WAIT ON THAT WORK.
