HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND HE WORKED VERY HARD TO FIND THE TYPE OF LOAN THAT WORKED BEST FOR US AND OUR FINANCIAL SITUATION. HE DID A GOOD JOB OF KEEPING US INFORMED OF THE STATUS OF OUR LOAN APPLICATION AFTER WE SUBMITTED IT, AND HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE EVERY TIME WE CALLED HIM. HE WAS ABLE TO HELP US SAVE QUITE A BIT OF MONEY ON OUR MONTHLY HOUSE PAYMENTS BY OFFERING US A DIFFERENT TYPE OF LOAN THAN WE HAD BEFORE. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS!
Description of Work: WE REFINANCED OUR HOME WITH WELLS FARGO, AND MARK DIETRICH DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB WITH THE ENTIRE PROCESS. HE WORKED HARD TO FIND THE RIGHT TYPE OF LOAN FOR US, AND HE GAVE US SEVERAL TYPES OF LOANS TO CONSIDER BEFORE WE MADE OUR FINAL SELECTION. HE KEPT US INFORMED OF WHAT WAS GOING ON EVERY STEP OF THE WAY, AND HE CHECKED WITH US BEFORE SCHEDULING THE CLOSING DATE.
