From the time both my wife and I first met our Sales consultant until the installation was completed, the experience could not have been better. The quality of the products and workmanship were indeed superior. During the installation every question asked by either my wife or myself were answered in a prompt and professional manner. Should the need arise in the future to have any home improvements done, I will not hesitate to call Weather Tight to perform service.

They replaced the windows and did repair on gutters because of the ice that we would get on our roof. The way that the gutters were "repaired" actually made the ice situation worse in the winder so when the snow melted the water actually came in and caused the dining room ceiling to fall in. When we called them to come out and take a look at the issues, the company rep didn't even go up on the roof to see the issue. just came with a prepared paper on ice dams and how it wasn't their fault with out looking at the damage. I had to hire another company to go up and look at the work fix it and the dining room ceiling.
