Brought sewing machine in for repair in September 2015. They kept it until December 2015. It is now January 2016 (only one month later) and I had to take my sewing machine "today" (to a different repair shop) to get repaired for the exact same problem it had when I brought it to them in September of last year. It only worked 1 month so apparently they charged me $400 to make a repair that didn't fix the problem. I will never have my machines repaired here again. I found a different sewing machine repair shop on Angie's List that has excellent reviews. Brought it to them today........

The classes that come with the machine are very informative and are included in the price. The classes are good for beginners, as well as professional seamstresses.
