I was driving with my family in the evening and my tie rod end broke. After speaking with the corporate office of Tires Plus, I found out that I could have it towed to Tire Plus in Greenwood and just leave a note and my keys. I did that and called them first thing the next morning. They were already looking at it and told me they would call back shortly. Not long after, they called back and told me what the problems were and gave me an estimate. I approved the work and they had it done within hours. This was very easy and the work was done well. I will use them in the future.

The service was fantastic from the first phone call I made to the completion. I initially spoke with Brock, the manager, on the phone when I was calling around to get price comparisons. He was not only helpful with pricing details, but also let me know about available discounts that I could take advantage of. When I arrived at the shop, I walked through the door and he immediately greeted me and helped me figure out which service was going to be the best for me. I had been told by a previous auto shop that my car HAD to have synthetic oil, which is much more expensive. After talking with Brock and Russell, I learned that my car did not have to have the synthetic oil but that it could simply help my car run better. I appreciated the fact that they took the time to not only explain this to me but didn't just go with what I had told them and charge me more money than necessary. As a single female, it is difficult to find people in this particular industry that aren't just out to take you for your money due to your lack of knowledge in the field. Brock brought my air filter in and showed it to me so that I could see why a new one was needed, but also let me know that if I didn't do it this time it could wait until the next oil change. I decided to go ahead and have it changed. I was just really pleased with the customer service, the quality, and the willingness to get me the best price possible. I would definitely recommend this Tires Plus location to any of my friends, family, and co-workers.

It all went great. The price is great and the service was quick and friendly. They also are great at informing you about any possible issues with your car afterwards.

They did all of the requested work. They informed me that my engine light was on because of the timing belt, something that I knew was very expensive. They were very understanding that I didn't have the kind of money to cover it all at once. They explained to me why it is important to fix this issue and discussed that they could provide me financing. I was able to work something out. They were very patient and were sure to help me out in many different ways. I greatly appreciate the work they did and their honesty and patient.

My overall experience with them was good. They keep on 20$ oil change, and it is cheaper than buying the oil myself.

I had priced new tires for my truck at several locations. Tire Plus was the least expensive and they scheduled an appointment for the next day. The tires look and drive great. All service was done when promised at the proposed cost. The tires ride great and look great.

They were okay. They were a little slow and kind of slacking off.

Had to get both vehicles inspected by different auto mechanics and found incomplete job performed on one vehicle # 1 and misdiagnosis on vehicle # 2. Estimates were over the top...and vehicle # 2 misdiagnosed was repaired for 1/8 of the estimate given by Tires Plus. Incomplete job on Vehicle # 1 repaired by dealership with more experience. Use only for tire repair, nothing else. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.

I was very pleased with Auto Plus. They were very informative and not pushy at all. I asked them to check on a number of items and they provided me with their recommendations. Even a few things I decided to do, they actually told me could wait a month or so. I really trust the mechanics there. My car is running really well.

The price is very competitive. They are very prompt, professional and courteous. They do no try to sell things that you do not need.
