Description of Work: Although this company is still listed in the phone book and on the internet, they have gone out of business.

 + -1 moreI wanted to move an expensive grandfather clock from didn't trust this task to a moving company. I contacted Timemasters. The technician came to the first residence and took about 45 minutes preparing the clock for the move including removing the pipe chimes and pendulum. He inspected and lubricated the clock before loading it into his vehicle. He then moved the clock to his carpeted vehicle which was set up for furniture sliding in and out. He then drove 45 minutes to the new residence and unloaded the clock. He concurred with the new location for the clock and set it up. He then tested it and set the correct time. He also gave me instructions for optimum handling of the clock. I thought the excellent service was well worth the money.
Description of Work: Moved Grandfather Clock from residence to another about 45 minutes away. Performed routine lubrication as part of the move. Set up clock in new location.

Description of Work: We have an old cuckoo clock that has sentimental value to us. It stopped running, so we took it in for repair. I think that you had to get on a list to bring your clock in. They called us and we were put on the list. We brought the clock in and were given a date to pick it up. It was a very long time out. When I picked up the clock, it seemed fine. When I got home, I had to move the hands to get it on the right time. I was very careful, but the minute hand simply fell straight down. It was not working. I took the clock back, and they said that it would go in ahead of regular work since it had to be returned. It seemed to take another really long time to get it back. When we did, it worked great!
