Description of Work: We needed a new mattress and bed. We had visited two other stores and just weren't getting what we wanted. Mattress Guys showed me exactly what I said I wanted -- a pillowtop -- and then they sold me the bed itself off the floor. Mattress and bed frame at one store. What a concept. We used to do this and then it went away but it's back at Mattress Guys.

The fella who helped us in the store really knew his stuff-he answered my questions with confidence and was attentive without being pushy or annoying. The delivery guys were quick, professional, and friendly. Skip the big name stores, this place is the real deal.

Description of Work: They were extremely helpful in providing lots of information so I could find the right mattress for me. They are very knowledgeable and I was satisfied with the family owned business. The only issue I ran in to was that I had ordered a non-matching foundation in order to fit my bedframe and instead received the larger matching foundation. They corrected the error quickly.

+ -1 moreIf you're wanting to invest in a quality mattress at a great value, then shop at the Mattress Guys. I've had a Tempurpedic in the past and I'd say Bed Boss is equally comparable if not more comfortable than I remember the Tempurpedic being! They also carry some other up and coming brands like Dutch Craft (Amish-made!) and they even have their own line of mattresses. This place is a gem. I highly recommended checking them out.
Description of Work: I bought a new queen size Visco Heir Et mattress by Bed Boss and also a new bed frame. They delivered everything to my home and even set my new bed up for me! So far I've slept better than ever and I love that it's a CertiPur-US certified foam mattress.

+ -1 moreI went into The Mattress Guy's South Inc location last week with a budget in mind for a new mattress purchase. When I went in, I was told to get a feel for all of the beds and determine which one I wanted. After explaining the benefits of each bed and prices compared to type of bed... I doubled my budget.. Couldn't be happier with my decision and I haven't slept so good in years. I would recommend anyone to this business. They are patient and were genuinely concerned with what I wanted. I haven't been happier with a purchase yet!

After finding the perfect mattress and paying less than anticipated they delivered it to our home the very next day! I couldn't be happier with the quality and their professionalism.
