He's got a great demeanor for a real estate agent. Debbie also helped in this process in the initial phase of my home search. They've got a great lender they use frequently named Kurt Fancher. Kurt has been very helpful and patient in getting my home loan. He even found loop holes in VA lending that allow for 5k in repairs if necessary. He goes the extra mile too, and it has been greatly appreciated.
