Terry and his crew took down the tree and hauled away in one day. Stump grinded as well. Quick and very cheap

Actually the work went very well. Terry was late arriving on a couple of occassions. One time was 4 hours late and did not call to give us a heads up. The ramp work was very good and we modified some things to suit us as we went.

All projects have been timely, professional, and wonderful. Most recently, Terry removed a large 50+ year old tree that fell during a storm. I cannot believe he was able to chop this massive tree down and remove all debris in ONE day. Terry has a solution for any issue you may run in to when it comes to your home.

It went well. It took a little longer than we expected on a few parts of it. There were some issues with the timing part, but he did an excellent job on the work. He was reasonable in price. He has quoted things since then, and I think his price has gone up. Initially, he was very reasonable in price and did a good job. We were disappointed that later quotes were higher. Sometimes the communication was rough, other times it was very good. He seems to be an honest person and he works really hard. I know that he is branching out and doing some other stuff now, so what he is focusing on now maybe a little different. For the most part, follow-up was really good. We did have to track him down a few times as he got busy on other things and had a lot of balls in the air. I think we would use him again in the future if we got the right quote; he quoted it very competitively and I felt certain of that.

I will always call Terry for various home-remodeling projects.

Terry was here to do this work on date promised. He did an excellent job and cleaned up well. He was also very personable. He fixed a toilet paper holder about to come off the wall and put a new wall part in the shower head. After the work was done, he helped move the items back that were moved for the work.

Terry did a terrific job on our kitchen back-splash. He quoted me a very fair price on the phone after I answered several questions regarding the size of the area and the type of tile to be installed. Once the tile I ordered was in, he came out to install it within one week of my call. Terry was very neat, and gave me exactly what I asked for. He even agreed to change out 7 electrical outlets and switches with hardware I had purchased for only an additional charge of $15. I would definitely use Terry's services again.

Terry was on time and very professional. He even fixed a small plumbing problem we had in the kitchen. His initial quote was $2300 but he lowered it to $2000 after getting all the supplies.

Terry worked diligently to complete the work. But, because we chose to do this work during the holidays, Terry sometimes had other business to take care of. This was okay with us as we were in no hurry. Terry and his helpers cleaned up after each day's work. Because we are now in our 50's and have to often get up in the night, Terry would always make sure to place the toilet back on it's base so we would not have to go to the upstairs bathroom in the middle of the night. Terry and his workers were always friendly and polite. We got quotes from 3 or 4 contractors for the work we had done, and feel Terry's quote was very reasonable for the amount of work he did.

TERRY CALLED AND LET US KNOW WHAT TIME HE WOULD ARRIVE (INSTEAD OF MORNING OR AFTERNOON). I AM VERY PLEASED WITH ALL THE JOBS I'VE NEEDED DONE BEING DONE ALL AT ONCE. I WILL HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN TO DO ADDITIONAL WORK.
