It went great! The office staff was super friendly and they were able to get a driver to deliver the dumpster the same day. They picked the dumpster up on time and were careful not to leave gauges in my yard.

They left deep gouges in my driveway that are still there four months later.

We ordered a 15ft dumpster to be delivered on 4/2 ($385 for 10 days, $3 each extra day). The company delivered a 20ft dumpster on 4/1, saying they were out of the 15ft that we'd ordered. You'd think "Yay! Bonus space." But no, we were told to only fill the dumpster 3/4 of the way or we'd have to pay the price of the 20 foot dumpster ($425). I should have just told them to keep it and bring me what I ordered, but we were under time constraints to get the trash out. We kept the dumpster for 4 extra days ($12 late fee). A different driver came to pick it up and said he was told to collect $36 dollars in late fees. Somehow they'd gotten our dates mixed up and tried to overcharge us. I questioned the charge and the driver called the company, which did not relent. Finally about 15 minutes later they got a hold of the original driver who confirmed our correct dates. I assume delivery of the larger dumpster is a hustle, figuring most folks will fill it up and have to pay extra.

They were great to work with. The dumpster arrived as scheduled. It was a difficult delivery due to access from the road, trees and weather conditions. They put it exactly where it was best for us to utilize. We filled the bin until it was over flowing with debris and they were fine with that, put the cover on and moved it off site without dropping anything.
