I called John Silness of Site Line, Inc. to ask for his recommendation in terms of whether a survey was necessary, given needs and concerns I expressed. He was receptive, asked good questions, and demonstrated a common sense approach to evaluating how we should proceed. Actually, I appreciated his sense of humor, too! He agreed to do some intitial investigation and due dilligence before giving me his recommendation. Within a few days, he called back with his findings, and said the survey was the only option available to me for assuring that I was proceeding on a sound basis for what I needed to do. We arranged for him to come out to do the survey. It took slightly longer than he estimated it would take to get the survey done, but I hadn't expressed any particular urgency. The result of the work was a good, detailed, helpful report. I found his services to be thorough and professional.
