SELECT COMFORT

If you enter a transaction with Sleep Comfort with the understanding that they
are doing you a great favor, and it is solely up to you to make the relationship work,
you will most likely do fine.
What I encountered all the way through the
process was a narrow mindset and a lack of problem solving skills at any level.
When the delivery crew arrived at my house, three and a half hours into a four
hour window, they immediately started pointing out what they considered
obstacles. I offered solutions to each perceived problem, yet within less than 5
minutes one of them was calling the office for direction. After only listening
to his version, I was told the bed would not be delivered because they "might"
get mud on their shoes. I strongly feel that was not an issue. This was also after they had entered my house without taking
their shoes off or covering them. There was no "How can we make this work?", it was truly a "can't do" attitude.  
I had two other Angies List providers in my house earlier the same week. One used ladders around the perimeter of the house without issues.  I rated both the highest possible. Sleep Comfort failed miserably.
As a final attempt on my part, I waited a full week to file this review, hoping someone from the company would come to their senses.  No such luck.

THE MATTRESS WAS EASY TO SET UP AND WORKS GREAT.
