They did a fantastic job and came on a Sunday when everyone else could only do Monday. They talked me through a couple of options on what they could do and gave me all the pricing up front. Got the job done in about 30 mins even though I had a terrible clog. Hiring them again when I look to replace my pipes.

Received a price quote over the phone from Lal and he came out the next afternoon. Communication was very good in terms of when he would be out and Lal was very friendly. Lowered to 4 stars primarily due to the fact that I would have liked him to be cleaner. There was a trail of dirt and sludge stains on the carpet from when he removed the leaking tank, the sludge from the tank was dumped on the curb/front flower beds and when the old tank was drained, it doesn't look like he used a hose to do so cleanly so the whole area in the back basement where the tank was ended up being wet with the old water and sludge. That is too much cleanup to be left for the homeowner to warrant 5 stars. I was also surprised at the parts cost since it was a direct replacement. I knew there would be some cost but was expecting it be $50 less. Overall, really liked Lal but would probably not use S&A next time.

But i would like to explain a little bit that i already explained you. your water heater was lots of scale and calcuim build up in inside of the water heater, i used a hose for water heaters drain but not draining faster because lots of calcium buildup that why i took off the drain valve from the water heater and drained into floor drain. if i'm not took that off the drain valve scale and calcium blocked water inside of the water heater that why some water in the floor. I'm So sorry a bout that. And the part that i'm using for water heater was i put a expensive and a good one because we don't want any water damage for our customers that why it cost more. i used 2 propress diaelectric union, 2 propress 3/4 coupling, 2 propress 90", 2 propress pex and copper pipe connection, 1 propress 3/4 male adapter for expansion tank, 3 feet 3/4 copper pipe for water connection, That way it came up $69.00 dollars for the part i didn't overcharge you. you can take a look at online how much it cost propress fitting are expensive now a day. I'm so sorry. note: i didn't even charge you for installed expansion tank also some company charge for expansion tank another additional charge. Our pipe broke because of the freeze and water was gushing out of the ceiling. After spending almost five hours in vain to find a plumber, I happened to land up in Mr. Lal website. I could not have thanked God for my good luck. The first time when I talked to Mr. Lal, I connected with him immediately because of his pleasing mannerism and patient listening. His mindfulness, knowledge, and communication skills are traits that I really admire. I had never seen a business professional being so courteous and prompt in his responses. He arrived exactly on time and to my astonishment went beyond the call of duty trying to trouble shoot and resolve other areas of problems that could have resulted from this pipe burst. I felt there was a sense of professionalism and thoroughness in his workmanship. Came out on a Sunday within an hour. Very friendly, worked very hard to resolve issue and did. Large companies were going to charge a fortune. GREAT VALUE. Cleaned up thoroughly, and our drain works better than it has since we moved in. Excellent work, excellent value, very friendly and cared about our satisfaction.

The owner, Lal, initially came out to give us a free quote on several things we'd inquired about. He was punctual, called ahead to let us know he was on the way, & the estimate was the best of all others we'd received. He returned a couple of days later when we had a clog in the main, and he went ahead and fixed an issue he'd included in the earlier quote - one we were having with water pressure & temperature irregulation in our main bath. He cleaned up his workspace, leaving everything nice and neat. He's polite and fair in his pricing. We will definitely use him again as the need arises and will refer him to others.
