Russ and Nancy are certainly top notch. They really know their stuff and go out of their way to ensure that everything and anything you may need is taken care of. Locating the home of dreams was a breeze thanks to their ability to really be able to understand what I was looking for and keeping my options within my budget. The process for closing on the home was certainly anything but normal, however every step of the way The Burks were on it. My trust in them and their decision making is strong and they were great about staying in communication with me about various aspects of the process. Having them on my side while purchasing my first home was the best decision I made. I am so happy with my home and will certainly recommend the to any one looking to buy/sell a home.

The Burks treated me like family through a most trying time as my husband was gravely ill at the same time.  They stepped in and helped me prepare the house for sale by staging it, cleaning it, and helping with needed repairs.  They went above and beyond the call of duty.

They are very friendly and knowledgable about real estate. They work together very nicely and are delightful people to work with. If they need to go over things with us they will call first and set up a meeting. They also communicate with us through emails and text in order to keep us informed at all times. They have been very helpful to the people buying our existing home. Their pricing is within the range of what other agents charge. I would highly recommend their services.

We communicated primarily over the phone. They found some houses for us to look at and scheduled us to view them. They scheduled and hosted showings at our house that they were selling. We worked together for about 4-5 weeks. They were able to sell our home in three weeks and they helped us through the closing.
