I am originally from an Amish community in Southern Indiana. Now, I have called California my home for over 20 years. I have been doing tree work and construction work for more than 30 years. I have built homes and taken down the enormous Oak trees of Indiana. I specialize in commercial building maintenance, but I also do home remodel work. I am equipped to do any type of work whether indoors or outdoors ( electrical, plumbing,painting, trees, bushes,etc). I am the landlord/house flippers dream. I had the electrical work for an outside patio cover lowered by TC Rusk to accommodate covering the patio. The original electrical work was done meticulously and TC matched/exceeded the relocation work perfectly!! I will surely use him again should the need arise.

We had Ted do 2 tasks for us. He added a backsplash to a janitor's closet; he chose & purchased the material and installed it. Excellent work. The other task was to stabilize the bottom half of a heavy solid dutch door in a commercial kitchen. The contractor of the new construction advised me to put in a piano hinge on the bottom half of the door because it was scraping the opposite jamb. Ted decided not to install the piano hinge, but did not consult with me first. He left the door jamb unfinished and left. I later called and he said hewould come back out and charge me, or I could have our maintenance man to the patch. I was here in the office all morning, and would have appreciated a call to make this decision while he was still here on the premises.

"Commercial door with commercial hinges never need a "piano hinge". I secured the jamb with longer screws and asked the handyman there if he could touch up the spots and he said yes. I suppose he forgot to touch up so I had to go back. This was long ago. Today I don't rely on anyone else's word. Nowadays I complete all myself."
