Roofing Made Easy Ltd

Roofing Made Easy is truly easy to work with and most importantly honest. Every one of my friends I have referred to them say the same thing. It is rare that I find a contractor I am confident in giving such high marks to. Their contract (mine was just 2 pages most of which was a material list) is simple and straight forward; nothing like other roofers with multiple pages of small font. This is a company that can be trusted to do honest and quality work.

It was terrible! There was obviously dust and ceiling particles that were all over the garage after they tore the whole inside down. They never put anything over our belongings inside the garage so they are still to this day all dusty unless we have cleaned them ourselves. They also finally after 3 months came back and replaced the bathroom mirror which they shattered when they were demolishing the closet in the room right next to it, which tells you how hard and out of control they were working. Finally and the worst part about this experience was that in our garage where they worked we had over 4,000$ of golf clubs stolen!  3 months after this happened a friend of mine found one of our clubs and brought it back so we know exactly what was stolen. Awful overall experience and to trust people working at your house and this happens is disturbing.

There were some additional vinyl pieces left over after the project was completed, though I paid for them all, he took them back to the store. We accidentally melted some of them while we were barbaquing and called him to see about getting them replaced with the left overs, that is when we found out he took them back. His crew nailed the boarders all back in wrong, we could visually see the nails in the wood over the garage. I was tired of calling him back because he never came back to fix anything correctly.

They were pretty good. They were early and they cleaned up well. Everything looked good when they were done. The quality was better than I thought it would be.

They were okay.  They were pretty good.  I had a little issue in the end and we went our separate ways.  I had to get it redone and they fixed what needed to be fixed.

Im planning on moving in the next year or so.  My roof has hail damage but my insurance company wont pay for it.  Since I had to pay cash for my roof, I was looking for the best deal I could find but I also needed a top quality roof to help sell the house. My next door neighbor had his roof replaced by Roofing Made Easy and he highly recommended them.  Roofing Made Easy also replaced the roofs of a few other houses in my addition so I was familiar with their work.  I got quotes from 3 companies on Angies List.  Fentress Builders quoted $8627, Roofing Made Easy and A&J Construction both quoted about the same at around $6000.  Having already seen a few of the houses that Roofing Made Easy had replaced the roofs on, it was a no brainer to choose them.  I called for a quote and David was at my house the next day.  There was a wait of a few weeks before the other contractors could get to me but Roofing Made Easy was able to replace my roof  just a few days later.   The crew arrived on a Friday morning and by Friday evening, I had a new roof with a 30 year
architectural shingle.  I couldn't be happier with the job they did.

I would refer them to anyone. They were exceptional.

David was great to work with. We needed a new roof as a result of wind/hail damage. He worked with our insurance agent, and made recommendations on the type and color of our new roof. He also provided other homes he had roofed, so we could see what those roofs looked like. When we received our check, he was ready to start the work. He checked with us during the progress of the work to ensure we were happy. After the work was completed, he inspected it thoroughly, and promptly addressed a couple of issues he found (we would never have known about them). Our roof looks great, David was honest and he ensured we were completely satisfied.
