"[Member Name Removed] did not pay the final $3000. We are pursuing a small claims with Johnson County Court. He said the work was great all along. Until time of last payment. Tried to renegotiate the price from the very beginning and throughout the project. The cost was $39000 not $50000 as he has stated"
