They came out the next day and sprayed and within a week the weeds were gone

For the 2nd year JT and crew did a great job of laying 8-9 cubic yards of mulch with Snapshot weed preventer. They did a very good job of bed cleanup prior to laying the mulch and yard cleanup afterwards. One raised sprinkler head was broken during the work and I was impressed that the crew member advised me of it. I was compensated for the damage.

Showed up as scheduled. Good explanation. Professional. Complied with expectations. A little expensive. I'll have them back.

Great! Contacted Robards late July and arranged for a double pass aeration between the 22nd of August and theend of the month. They agreed to provide me advance notice so I could have irrigation system marked. I was called in advance as promised and the work was performed August 26th. This was the second time I’ve worked with Robards and I’ve been very pleased with their work both times. Chad who performed the work was very professional and personable.

We hired Robards based on a recommendation from a local landscaper.  We were using another lawn service before Robards and we were happy with the service but had problems with their billing mistakes. We decided to try Robards. After a year of service our lawn has never looked so bad!  It is burned and full of weeds.  After complaining the owner came out and blamed it on the type of grass and mowing methods.  I pointed out that our lawn looked much better when we were using another service provider.  When we called to cancel our service the owner was very rude and hung up on my wife.

I've been using this compay for the past two years. They do a good job at a reasonable price, and respond promptly to any on going concerns. They also make appropriate adjustments to changing conditions and don't use the typical cookie cutter approach that I experienced wwith the large franchise lawn care firms.

I have used Robards and Sons for a year now and will continue to use them.  No need to set up appointments.  They just show up at the right time of the year with the appropriate stuff and leave me a bill. Easy.  My grass has never looked better!

Excellent! We have an agreement as to how often they come. They always provide service in a timely manner and do a great job.

This was my first treatment for the year. He does lawn fertilization and weed treatment. He always calls before he comes out to do the work. I only have him do the front and side yards but I do not have him do the backyard.  He does good work and my lawn looks great.

Although I schedule 4 to 5 applications per year the service is flexible.  I am retired and lawn care can be quite expensive.  There are times when I might want to skip or add an application given the condition of my yard or my finances.  My serviceman (Chad) has excellent communication skills.  He always calls before each application to confirm that I do want that application.  This allows me to be flexible in tailoring the service to my needs within my budget.   I value the excellent communications offered by Robards & Sons, Inc.  Chad offers advice, but I feel no pressure to add applications.   And, the condition of my yard has improved tremendously since I began working with Robards.  I think pricing is within normal range for this type of service.
